Instructions

Step 1
Large pot over high heat, bring water to boil. Salt the water and add Brussel sprouts. Cook then til medium tender. About 8-10 minutes.
Step 2
While Brussel sprouts boil, in another large saucepan over med-high heat cook bacon until crisp.
Step 3
Leave bacon fat in pan and add red onion 3 tbls of butter. Saute onions until translucent 2 to 3 minutes. Red wine vinegar and brown sugar and cook until liquid slightly reduces.
Step 4
Drain Brussel sprouts add to pan with onions. Stir to coat and add remaining tbls of butter. Stir bacon and cranberries. Season with salt and pepper. Serve in other bowl.
