½ cupolive oil

6 ouncesbanana pepper rings
Just less than half of jar juice from jar, hot

¼ cupred wine vinegar

1 Tbspdijon mustard

1can chickpeas

1can black beans

1cucumber

1 pintCherry Tomatoes

0.5red onion

½ cupmozzarella pearls
or feta cheese, or omit cheese

⅓ cupbanana pepper rings
hot

salt
to taste

pepper
to taste

parsley
optional
jalapeno crisps
optional
pita mediterranean herb chips
optional

kalamata olives
salty so add as you desire

Cut vegetables and mix together
Step 2
Mix liquid ingredients
Step 3
Mix vegetables and liquid ingredients together and enjoy! Eating a bowl of this greek salad with some pita chips was delicious!
