Instructions
Step 1
Heat oil in Dutch oven. Sauté onion, celery, and peppers with a small pinch of salt until translucent. Add beef and sauté until browned. Stir in bouillon and taco seasoning, and hot sauce. Add broth, water, and potatoes or orzo; bring to a boil. Simmer until potatoes/orzo are tender (about 10 minutes). Add tomatoes, salsa, and corn. Bring back to a boil and simmer for 5 minutes. Garnish with cheese, chips, sour cream, and more hot sauce.
