Kook de pasta zoals op de verpakking ervan is aangegeven, ontdooi ondertussen de spinazie. Verhit olijfolie. Bak de ui en champignon ca 2 a 3 min. Voeg spinazie de melk en honig basis toe. Breng geheel roerend aan de kook. Laat saus 2 min doorkoken. Voeg tot slot de reepjes gesneden ham toe en verwarm deze kort mee.
