Teriyaki-Style Tofu Stir-Fry

Step 1
1. Press tofu 10–15 min, cut into ¾-inch cubes, and toss in cornstarch + salt.
Step 2
2. Pan-fry tofu in oil on medium-high until golden and crisp on all sides. Remove and set aside.
Step 3
3. Stir-fry veggies until bright and tender (5–7 min). Add processed bell pepper if using.
Step 4
4. Whisk sauce ingredients and pour over veggies. Stir until it thickens slightly.
Step 5
5. Return tofu to pan, coat in sauce, and simmer 1–2 min until glossy.
Step 6
6. Serve over rice or quinoa, optionally topped with sesame seeds or lime juice.
