Instructions
Step 1
In a bowl mix mashed black beans with cumin and garlic powder.
Step 2
Spread bean mixture on half of each tortilla and sprinkle with cheese and fold in half.
Step 3
Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Cook each quesadilla for 2 mins on each side until golden brown.
Step 4
Cut into triangles and serve with salsa and sour cream.
