2garlic cloves

ground beef
6 cvegetable broth
1 x 14 ozcan tomato sauce
6 oztomato paste
Italian spice blend
salt
pepper
red pepper flakes
1 pkgcremini mushrooms
chopped
1zucchini
chopped
1red bell pepper
chopped
lasagna noodles
frozen spinach
For the topping
Instructions
Step 1
Brown ground beef, drain
Step 2
Put meat, broth and vegetables in a slow cooker. Cook on low for 3-4 hours
Step 3
Break lasagna noodles, add into slow cooker with frozen spinach, cook on low for 30 mins
Step 4
Mix together cheeses and fresh herbs. Add 2 scoops to the crock pot and stir. Keep extra on the side for serving
