Banana protein pancakes 🍌🥛✨ Welcome to my new high-protein recipe series ft #TeamMilk, where I am going to be sharing recipes that fuel me as I get back into running after 8 weeks postpartum! They're all about supporting women in their running journey! d’EATS -1 cup dairy milk (real milk has high-quality protein + essential nutrients and vitamins, and it makes the pancakes fluffier vs if you just used water!) -1/2 cup cottage cheese -1 egg -1 banana -1 tsp vanilla extract -1 1/4 cups flour -2 tsp baking powder -1 tsp cinnamon How to: Add your milk, cottage cheese, egg, banana and vanilla extract to a blender. Blend on high until smooth. In a large bowl add your flour, baking powder and cinnamon. Add your blended wet ingredients to your dry and mix until completely combined. Set aside for 2 minutes. Heat a large skillet on medium heat. Add 1 tbsp butter and using a 1/3 measuring cup add your batter to your heated skillet. Cook on each side for approximately 4 minutes. Top with maple syrup and enjoy!
