Instructions

Step 1
Prepare a 23cm loaf tin with greaseproof paper.
Step 2
Preheat oven to 180°C.
Step 3
Mix all ingredients together and spoon into prepared loaf tin.
Step 4
Bake for 45 minutes to 1 hour until an inserted metal skewer comes out clean.
Step 5
Cool before slicing.
Step 6
Spread with nut butter and top with apple slices.
