Instructions
Step 1
Chop your chicken breasts & seasoning them in a bowl.
Step 2
While you’re doing that, have a pan rolling on medium/high heat and have your protein pasta cooking.
Step 3
Next, chicken in the pan - let it cook for around 3-4 mins before mixing in Italian seasoning, crushed red pepper , sun dried tomatoes, & minced garlic.
Step 4
Now cook that for another 3-4 minutes.
Step 5
Next add 1/2 cup chicken broth, 3/4 cup half & half, and your fresh parm.
Step 6
Lower the heat a bit and let it thicken - maybe 4 to 5 mins before adding 10oz of your protein pasta.
