Step 1
Prep Crust: Mix the ground chicken, egg, Parmesan, and seasonings in a bowl.
Shape: On a sheet of greased parchment paper, flatten the chicken mixture into a large, thin, even circle.
Fill: Add mozzarella, pepperoni, and desired fillings to one half of the circle, leaving a small edge.
Fold & Seal: Use the parchment paper to fold the chicken circle in half, forming a calzone. Firmly press the edges with a fork to seal.
Coat: Brush the top with an egg wash (optional) and sprinkle with extra Parmesan for a crispy crust.
Cook: Air fry at (400f
) for 10-15 minutes, until golden brown and the internal temperature reaches .
Serve: Let it cool slightly and serve with marinara sauce.
