Instructions

Step 1
. Preheat your oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

2. Pat the salmon fillets dry with paper towels to ensure a crisp wrap.

3. Lay out the kataifi dough on a clean surface and separate it into four equal portions.
Step 4
4. Brush each salmon fillet lightly with 1 tablespoon of olive oil and season with ¼ teaspoon of salt and ⅛ teaspoon of black pepper.

5. Wrap each seasoned salmon fillet tightly with one portion of kataifi dough, covering it completely.
Step 6
6. Place the wrapped salmon on the prepared baking sheet and brush the tops with the remaining olive oil.
Step 7
7. Bake in the preheated oven for 20–25 minutes, or until the kataifi is golden brown and crispy.
Step 8
8. While the salmon bakes, combine the Greek yogurt, chopped dill, lemon juice, and remaining salt and pepper in a small bowl, stirring until smooth for the sauce.
Step 9
9. Remove the salmon from the oven and let it rest for 2–3 minutes before serving.
