Chicken marinade

1 ½ Tbspginger garlic paste
1 Tbspoil
1 tspcumin
1 tspchilli powder
1 tspgaram masala
1 tspturmeric
1 tspbasil
1 tsporegano
1 tspsalt
1 tspblack pepper
0.5lime
1 tspchilli flakes

3 Tbsptomato paste
1 cupgrated cheese

Instructions
Step 1
Let the yeast and warm milk sit for 10 minutes to activate the yeast
Step 2
Then add in all the other ingredients and mix until dough no longer sticks to the side of the bowl and is smooth. Keep kneeding the dough for 15 mins with your hands, until smooth.
Step 3
Start your oven. Turn it off. Let the dough sit in a shut oven with the light on and rise for 60 mins.
Step 4

Add spices to your cut up chicken. Let sit for 10 mins. Lightly fry the chicken.
Step 5
Add chopped onions to chicken and stir till combined. Add diced bell peppers and fry chicken mix for another 2 mins. Add 3 tablespoons of tomato paste. After chicken is cooked all the way through let it cool down and add cheese.
Step 6

Cut the dough into equal parts, roll out dough into little circles. Use water on eyes to close off bun. Add in chicken filling with some cheese and shape into ball.
Step 7
Let the chicken filled buns sit and rise again for 15-30mins.
Step 8
Egg wash the buns before putting them in the oven and add sesame seeds to garnish.
Step 9

Bake for 15-20mins or until they take a golden colour.
Step 10

Brush with butter and you’re all done!
