Quick, blender-made muffins with banana, spinach, eggs and oats. Pour into a greased muffin pan, add optional chocolate chips, and bake until lightly golden.

Instructions

Step 1
Combine all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
Step 2
Pour the mixture into a silicone or greased muffin pan.
Step 3
Add some chocolate chips(optional) and bake in the oven on 180°C for around 15 minutes, until slightly golden and ready!
