Best smoked tofu salad

You would be surprised of how tasty this salad is. Is a vegan version of Romanian “boeuf” salad. You can use your favourite vegetables. It’s usually served cold. I hope you like it 🙏🏻

Instructions
Step 1
Individually, boil or steam your vegetables. When vegetables have cooled down, dice the smoked tofu, carrots, parsnip, potatoes, celeriac and gherkins in small pieces. If you do not have gherkins, you can use finely chopped olives but I recommend gherkins.
Step 2
To a bowl, add the diced veggies, tofu and peas. Add salt and pepper to taste. Add the mayonaise and decorate upon preference. Enjoy
