Step 1
Boil potatoes until you can enter with sharp knife. Boil the eggs. Let potatoes and egg cool. Chop potatoes into bite size pieces. Chop egg roughly and add to potato mix. Add the onion and mayonnaise. Add salt and black pepper. The twist you can put on this is to sprinkle and mix about 1 tspn curry powder.
