8 poundsground beef coarse
2can stewed tomatoes
2can tomato sauce
1can tomato paste
1 canchile salsa
3stalks celery
finely chopped
3onion
medium, finely chopped
2green pepper
finely chopped
3 clovesgarlic
finely chopped
3 ounceschili powder
1jalapeno
finely chopped
2 tablespoonssalt
oregano
garlic salt
pepper
coarsely ground

Instructions
Step 1
Thinly cover the bottom of a heavy 2 gallon pot with oil. Saute onions, green peppers and celery. Add meat and cook 10 minutes or until brown. Stir in tomato paste, stewed tomatoes and tomato sauce. Add chopped garlic, chili powder, salt, dash oregano, chili salsa and jalapeno. Cook 30 minutes, season to taste with garlic salt and pepper, then simmer for 2 1/2 hours, stirring every 10-15 minutes (checking taste).
