Instructions
Step 1
Cook sausages on low heat for 5 mins and set aside.

Crack 2 eggs in a bowl, add pinch of salt, whisk and cook on low heat.

Slice the egg into 3cm strips.
Step 4
Add a drizzle of sesame oil to cooked rice and mix.

Place the nori on a flat surface and spread out the rice thinly on top.

Place sausage, 3-4 egg strips, squeeze a strip of mayo and roll it gently!
