Instructions

Step 1
Butter two pieces of bread and lay them on the pan
Step 2
Turn pan on low medium heat
Step 3
Mash avocado, garlic, salt, and red pepper flakes together and spread on both pieces of bread
Step 4
Put a generous amount of cheese on on piece and flip the other piece on top cook until golden brown on both sides.
