Ingredients

1 x 14 ozextra-firm tofu
pkg, drained
5 Tbspvegetable oil
divided
1 x 12 ozfrozen shelled edamame
pkg
3 cupsshredded carrots
¼ cupsweet chili sauce
¼ cupmayonnaise
2 Tbspsriracha hot sauce
1 Tbsphoney
Sesame Brown Rice
Instructions
Step 1
Place tofu on several layers of paper towels. Cover with paper towels, and gently press out moisture. Cut into cubes.
Step 2
Cook tofu in ¼ cup hot oil, in batches if necessary, in a large skillet over medium heat 15 minutes or until browned on all sides.
Step 3
Meanwhile, cook edamame and carrots in 1 Tbsp hot oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat 6 minutes or until tender.
Step 4
Stir together chili sauce, mayonnaise, Sriracha, and honey.
Step 5
Serve tofu and vegetables over Sesame Brown Rice recipe; drizzle with sauce

Cook rice according to package directions. Stir in soy sauce, sesame seeds, sesame oil, and onions.
