Instructions
Step 1
Cook the onions and carrots set aside and cook the veggie crumble combine and add veggie broth, seasoning tomato sauce and diced tomatoes Crush pasta and add to soup
Add coconut milk or cream
Mix ricotta, parm & mozzarella. Add half of the mixture to soup. Other half is for serving.
