Instructions

Step 1
Bring water and milk to a boil

Add oats, cinnamon & Vanilla
Step 3
Stir & Cook for 30 seconds
Step 4
Turn off the heat, add chia seeds & stir
Step 5
Cover & let it sit overnight on your stove top
Step 6
In the morning reheat the oatmeal by turning the heat on low
Step 7
Add splash of milk if it's dense
Step 8
To make it filling add fruits if choice, nuts & pumpkin seeds
