Instructions
Step 1
Drain and rinse chickpeas, reserving liquid.
Step 2
Puree chickpeas, lemon juice, olive oil, tahini, parsley, cumin, chili powder, cinnamon, garlic powder, salt, coriander, black pepper, paprika, turmeric.
Step 3
Add reserved chickpea juices as needed to obtain a soft, creamy consistency.
Step 4
Refrigerate mix.
(It's better after it has time to sit for a few hours.)
