Step 1
In a pot or a pan, heat up the oil over medium heat. Add the diced onion, the sliced chile and the minced garlic and mix until the onions turn soft and slightly caramelised.

Step 2
Add the salt and the curry powder, the tomato paste and the chickpeas and mix everything until all the veggies and chickpeas are coated in the seasoning.

Step 3
Pour the coconut milk over the mixture and stir it until it thickens to a nice stew consistency.

Finally, top it with the cilantro and squeeze the lime on top for an extra kick. Enjoy with some rice or bread of your choice.
