2chicken breasts

½ teaspoonsalt

½ teaspoonblack pepper

1 tablespoonextra-virgin olive oil

1red onion
medium, thinly sliced

187.5gspaghetti

1 cupbaby spinach
chopped

½ cupcherry tomatoes
diced

1 teaspoongarlic powder

1 teaspoondried basil

½ teaspoondried oregano

¼ teaspoondried thyme

¼ cupgrated parmesan cheese

1 ½ cupsmilk

1 cupchicken broth
Instructions
Step 1
Dice the chicken and lightly season with salt and pepper.
Step 2
Meanwhile, in a sauce pan, boil water and add pasta. Cook until al dente. Drain and set aside.
Step 3
Preheat a frying pan to medium-high heat When hot, add the oil and chicken. Sauté 6-8 minutes until the chicken is browned. Add the onion and cook an additional 5 minutes until softened.
Step 4
Add the cooked pasta to the frying pan, then top with spinach, sun-dried tomatoes, spices and cheese. Pour milk and chicken broth overtop.
Step 5
Let the sauce thicken, 2 to 3 minutes and serve or store for later.
