Chili oil recipe

This is my FAVORITE chili oil recipe and it takes about 15 minutes to make! It’s perfect for noodles, soups, fried rice and dumplings or anything your heart desires.

Instructions

Step 1
Over medium heat, heat oil. Once the oil is hot, add garlic, stir and cook for 1-2 minutes. Do not burn the garlic or it will be bitter. Add green onions, salt, Korean pepper powder and soy sauce. Cook for another 3 minutes and remove from the heat. Let this cool and transfer to a glass container. Store in fridge and always use a clean spoon for serving. I kept this last time for over a month until I used all of it.
