Instructions

Step 1
Combine coconut milk and frozen blueberries in a blender. Blend until smooth.
Step 2
Divide the oats, vanilla extract, chia seeds and blueberry puree between two mason jars. Stir to combine.
Step 3
Cover and place in fridge for at least three hours or overnight.
Step 4
Remove from the fridge and stir to break up clumps. Add the additional milk and maple syrup as needed. Top with extra blueberries, shredded coconut and banana and enjoy!
