Instructions

Step 1
Put the first 6 ingredients except the oil in a food processor with an S blade and mix until combined to a paste.
Step 2
Heat oil in a large pot and add the paste from the food processor. Cook for approx. 5 mins.
Step 3
Add the spices and mix, cooking for about a minute to let the spices open. Add the chickpeas and mix
Step 4
Mix in the tomatoes and coconut milk
Step 5
Cook approx 10 minutes. Add the remaining ingredients and serve over rice
