½ cuporzo pasta
uncooked

1 pintcherry tomatoes
or grape, cut in half

2cloves garlic
finely chopped

1 cupextra virgin olive oil

3 tablespoonswhite wine vinegar

½ teaspoonsalt

⅛ teaspoonpepper

3 tablespoonsfresh basil
chopped, oregano, marjoram or thyme leaves, or a combination

2 cupsRotisserie chicken
cut-up

1 cupfresh mozzarella cheese balls

4 leavesbutter lettuce

Instructions
Step 1
Cook and drain pasta as directed on package.
Step 2
Rinse with cold water to cool; drain.
Step 3
In large bowl, mix tomatoes, garlic, oil, vinegar, salt, pepper and herbs.
Step 4
Add chicken, cheese and cooked pasta, toss until evenly coated.
