Instructions
Step 1
Heat oil in pan and sautee the red onion, carrot, potato and garlic for around 3 minutes. Add more water to deglaze if needed.
Step 2
Add spices and tomato paste and sautee for a few minutes.
Step 3
Add stock and tentils, stir and simmer for 30 minutes.
Step 4
Add to a blender and blend until smooth.
Step 5
Serve and add toppings such as pomegranate molasses, parsley or lemon juice.
