0.5 lbimitation crab

Instructions
Step 1
Season salmon with garlic powder, salt, black pepper, and oil.
Step 2
Airfry salmon at 400 degrees for 9 minutes. Thicker cuts may require more time.
Step 3
Shred salmon and add it into your shredded crab.
Step 4
Add the cream cheese, Japanese mayo, and sriracha. Mix well and set aside.
Step 5
Combine 2-3 cups of cooked rice with 2 tablespoons rice vinegar. Mix well. Then pour rice into an oven safe dish and flatten it.
Step 6
Top the rice off with shredded seaweed or furikake (about 3 sheets).
Step 7
Top your rice and seaweed off with your salmon mixture and spread it evenly.
Step 8
Bake at 380 for 10 mins (and broil for 2-3 minutes if desired.)
Step 9
Top with cucumbers, avocados, chives and/or sesame seeds. Drizzle with mayo or sriracha.
