Basil Tomato Pork Chops

This recipe is easy however takes a little time. Once you brown your pork chops on both sides you are going to add your tomatoes into pan and simmer covered for 50-60 minutes. Then the magic happens when you thicken your tomato sauce with corn starch and add your green peppers and onions, stirring until thickened. Your vegetables will be crisp but also tender. You may want to add pork chops back in just to warm back up or a few minutes.
