Step 1
1. beat 1/2 egg in a small bowl

in a medium bowl bowl, dip your chicken pattie in flour, then the egg and then breadcrumbs
Step 3
prepare and slice vegetables ( 1 and 1/2 lettuce leaf , slice 1 pineapple , 3 slices of tomato and 3 slices of onion )
Step 4
spray a frying plan with oil and heat to a medium temp
Step 5
add chicken pattie and cook for 5 - 7 minutes on each side , or until cooked through . place to the side and cover in foil. do not keep flipping
Step 6
slice the burger buns in half, butter, and place buttered side down in the frying pan to toast. remove once golden
Step 7
carefully assemble the burger, ensuring ingredients do not make it soggy
Step 8
present on a plate and take a photo
