A great tasting blend of vegetables and fruits. Perfect for pre- and post-workout carbohydrate intake. Feel free to substitute in other types of berries and a different liquid (e.g. whole milk, water, fresh juice, etc.). If you want a thicker smoothie, add some ice cubes.

Step 1
Add everything to the blender and let it do the work. To keep the blender healthy, I usually blend everything but the frozen berries first; then I add and blend the frozen berries a half cup at a time.
