Instructions

Step 1
Place avocado, diced tomato, 1 clove minced garlic, spices, salt, cumin, into a masher and mash it.
Step 2
Whisk eggs with a pinch of paprika and salt. (And optional hot sauce!)
Step 3
Cook bacon in a large skillet. Turn heat down, transfer onto a plate, and cook eggs in the drippings. Clean out the pan.
Step 4
Heat pan with a little bit of butter. Spoon avocado onto the tortilla, followed by sausage, eggs, and cheese.
Step 5
Fold burrito, and put in pan until the burritos are golden brown.
