Step 1
Start by cooking the onion for around 3mins at high heat

Add the spinach and mushrooms and cook for another 3-4 minutes (or until the mushrooms get a bit brownish)

Set aside in a bowl

Season the meat with the salt, pepper and garlic powder, add the olive oil and cook them for 4 mins

Once the meat is cooked add the mushrooms, onions and spinach to them and add the heavy cream stir on low heat for 10mins
