Instructions

Step 1
1. In a bowl/jar mash banana and combine with oats, chia seeds, 10g of protein and water to cover 2. Melt 1 tsp of biscoff in the microwave and stir in half the maple syrup and yoghurt and the remaining protein (add warm water if it needs to be thinned and mix until smooth. Place on top of the oats 3. Melt the remaining biscoff and white chcolate and stir in the other half of the maple syrup (add warm water if it needs to be thinned) and place on top of the other biscoff layer 4. Place in the fridge overnight
