Step 1
In a medium pot combine beef broth, bouillon paste, dijon, thyme, rosemary, and salt
Step 2
Cook on medium heat, whisk until bouillon paste dissolves.
Step 3
While broth is heating, bake bread at 400° for 3-5 minutes
Step 4
Slice bread in half, generously add mayonnaise and dijon to each side, bake open faced for about 2 minutes
Step 5
Once bread is toasted, dip roast beef in broth to warm (careful not to overcook), immediately place on both sides of bread (about 2-3 slices per side)
Step 6
Add 1 slice of cheese to each side, place back in oven, open face, and toast until cheese melts
Step 7
Add more dijon to taste.
