Instructions
Step 1
In a bowl, combine extra lean minced beef, diced onion, grated carrot and Worcestershire sauce. Form 2 large patties with your hands.
Step 2
Heat olive oil in a pan and pan fry the burger patties for 5 minutes each side, or until cooked to your liking. Refrigerate one pattie to use tomorrow night.
Step 3
Slice open one bread roll, add layer 10g lettuce, 2 slices of beetroot, half a sliced tomato, 1/4 avocado and beef pattie in whichever order you like. Sprinkle with pepper.
