Instructions

Step 1
Add the eggs to a mixing bowl and whisk.
Step 2
Add the green cabbage, carrot, wholemeal flour, nori, spring onion, ginger, chilli and tamari to the bowl and stir to combine.
Step 3
Heat the olive oil in a frying pan and add the cabbage okonomoyaki mixture to create a giant fritter. Cook for 5 minutes, until golden.
Step 4
Flip onto the other side and cook for another 5 minutes. Once cooked, transfer to a plate.
Step 5
Drizzle okonomyaki sauce and kewpie
