Easy healthier Cinnamon roll

While taking a nutrition course and trying to manage cholesterol I've been twisting some recipes of favourites to not have to cut everything out.

Ingredients
4 servings

100mloats
blended

100mlwholewheat flour

1 ½ tspbaking powder

salt

80mlgreek yogurt

80mlvanilla yogurt
with sweetener
For the icing

4 Tspgreek yogurt

½ tspvanilla essence

2 tspMaple syrup
or substitute with sweetener

20mlalmonds
chopped

10mlblueberries
For the filling
Instructions
Step 1
Mix together the oats , wholewheat flour , baking powder , salt and yogurt until a dough forms . Add some more flour if the dough is too sticky to work . Roll out and cut into 4 equal strips. Smear the dough with cinnamon and some maple sugar and roll them up like a cinnamon roll.
Step 2
Place in the airfryer at 180°C for 7 minutes. If using a regular oven bake at 180°C for 8- 10 minutes until slightly brown .
Step 3
Once out of the airfryer mix the ingredients for the icing together and add 1 tsp on each cinnamon roll and top with blueberries and some almonds
