Instructions
Step 1

1) Crumble ground beef into one of your Suvie pans. Place bell pepper and carrots in another Suvie pan. In a small bowl, whisk together fish sauce, soy sauce, sriracha, garlic, and ginger.

Step 2
2) Spoon sauce evenly over the ground beef and vegetables. Place the beef in the top zone of Suvie and the vegetables in the bottom. Input settings, and cook now or schedule. Suvie Cook Settings Bottom Zone: Slow Cook on High, 1 hour
Step 3
3) Place 1 cup jasmine rice in the Suvie rice pot (black handles) and cover pot with lid. Place pot inside the Suvie Starch Cooker, ensuring the pot is centered on the hot plate. Input settings and cook now or schedule. Suvie Starch Cooker Settings Rice, Long Grain, 1 Cup

Step 4

4) After the cook, remove rice and fluff with a fork, remove the veggies from Suvie and set aside. Broil ground beef for 10-15 minutes or until golden brown, then stir with a fork, breaking up any large crumbles.
Step 5

5) Divide rice between 2 bowls and top with beef and vegetables. Garnish bowls with basil leaves and lime wedges before serving.
