Step 1
Cook the pasta as per packet instructions. Once cooked, drain and set aside.

Add 1 tbs olive oil to a heated sauce pan. When it is heated, add the sliced mushrooms to the pan and let them sizzle until the mushrooms start giving out water (approximately 8-10 mins).

Add the pesto onto the mushrooms and mix well. Make sure all the mushrooms are coated. Reduce heat and stir occasionally, until pesto is cooked.

Add the mascarpone to the pesto and mix well. After a minute, turn off heat and add the sauce and mushrooms to your pasta.
