Instructions
Step 1
1. In a small bowl, take the saffron and add the hot water to leave it on the side.

2. In a larger bowl, add the chicken legs, greek yogurt, lemon juice, saffron, and the seasonings to combine together.

3. Marinate the chicken a minimum of 4 hours to overnight.

4. Heat your oven to 450 degrees f.

5. Save some of 1/2 your marinade on the side.

6. Bake your chicken for 20 minutes and flip over.

7. Baste your chicken with the remaining marinade and add the rest in the pan.

8. Bake for another 10 minutes.

9. Set the oven to Broil and Broil the chicken for an additional 10 minutes.

10. The chicken should be golden brown and top it off with the parsley.

11. Serve it with rice, pita, or whatever else you have.
