Instructions

Step 1
Combine all into a bowl and mix by hand. Begin to form into patties the size of your fist. Should make 2 patties.
Step 2
Pre-heat cast iron skillet or fry pan over medium-high heat. Add 1 teaspoon oil ( coconut, olive oil or ghee) let oil get hot and then place in your burger.
Step 3
Cook for 4 minutes on the first side and flip and cook for 3 minutes on the other side or until your liking.
