Step 1
Wash and remove tomato cores

Add spinach, tomatoes and milk to food process and puree until slightly lumpy If spinach is frozen, bring milk to boil and mix with spinach

Finely chop onion and ginger
Step 4
Heat small pan, add onion and oil and saute for 2 mins
Step 5
Add spices and ginger and fry for a few seconds
Step 6
Add spinach mixture, bring to the boil and then let it simmer without a lid, over a low heat for 10 minutes
Step 7
Season with salt
