Deez Sweet Hot Mustard Chicken Thighs

This was unexpectedly good. The sauce was excellent. I loved the hit of heat from the cayenne. I made it in 13 x 9 pan instead of a sheet pan so it took 10 minutes longer. I also added a layer of sliced potatoes on the bottom to make it more of a meal.
