Beef stew in a clay pot Delicious Clay pot beef stew, it is so easy to make and it’s full of flavor. If you don’t have a Clay pot I know not everyone has one, you can definitely make this in a Dutch oven or in a casserole dish just wrap it with foil really tight to trap all the steam inside…. ——Ingredients—— -2 pounds of beef stew meat (chuck, lamb, veal or your favorite cut) -2 potatoes -1 large onion -1 large tomato -1 green bell pepper -4 cloves of garlic -1 tablespoon of vegeta -1 tablespoon of dried parsley -1 teaspoon garlic powder -1 teaspoon onion powder -1 teaspoon coriander -1 teaspoon cumin -1 teaspoon paprika -1/2 teaspoon chili flakes -1/2 teaspoon black pepper -1/2 tablespoon salt -1 8oz can tomato sauce -1 and 1/2 cup of water -2 tablespoons olive oil -2 bay leaves -2 dried lemons or limes -parsley for garnish : Mix everything together put it in the clay pot, Dutch oven or casserole dish take a piece of parchment paper wet it and then put it right on top, Cover it with a lid or if you’re using a casserole dish with foil tightly. Into the oven it goes at 375° for 2 and 1/2 hours or until the meat is tender and enjoy. : : :
