These wholesome pancakes are not your typical fluffy flapjacks. Cross between a pancake and a crepe they're sure to heartily satisfy your pancake cravings.

Ingredients
2 servings
1 cupwheat
fresh milled, soft white
¾ cupalmond milk
2eggs
½ teaspoonbaking soda
1 tablespoonturbinado sugar
bananas
topped with
pecans
honey
almond butter
strawberries
maple syrup
Instructions
Step 1
Mix the flour sugar and baking soda then add wet ingredients stir till it's combined. Batter should be fairly runny but not like water.
Step 2
Use half cup measuring cup to pour butter into a heated buttered pan
Step 3
Cook pancakes until they are done on each side serve warm top with whatever toppings suit your fancy
