Instructions

Step 1
In skillet, sauté chicken in oil until no longer pink
Step 2
Add water and taco seasoning. Simmer until chicken is well coated.
Step 3
Transfer chicken to slow cooker. Stir in V8 juice, salsa, beans, corn, and diced green Chile peppers.
Step 4
Cover and cook on low for 3-4 hours or until heated through. Serve with cheese.
